Les Balcons de la Seugne is situated in the town of Pons, in the department of Charente-Maritime in South-West France.
* Coming from the A10 Paris or Bordeaux  - take junction 36 onto the D732 signposted to Pons. Continue on the  D732 for 3 roundabouts. At the 4th roundabout (junction with the D142), take the 3rd Exit onto Route de Jonzac (D142) . Follow this road for approximately 800 metres, crossing the railway line, until you come to a mini-roundabout. Go straight over this and you are on rue Charles de Gaulle. Number 33 is 200 metres further on the right hand side.

* If you are coming from Cognac -  take the D732 sign posted to Pons/Gemozac for 22km. Follow signs for Pons centre. At the roundabout with the D700, turn right onto Rue d'Archiac. Continue you on for approx. 800 metres until you come to a mini roundabout. Take the second exit onto rue Charles de Gaulle. Number 33 is 200 metres further on the right hand side.

* If you are coming from Saintes - take the D137 south and follow signs to Pons. After approx 18km, take the exist marked Pons centre. After 450 metres (by the Intermarche), turn right onto Ave, Gambetta. After 850 metres, turn left onto Rue Eparades (opposite the Auberge Pontoise). After 200 metres, go straight on at the junction onto rue Charles de Gaulle.  Number 33, Les Balcons de la Seugnes is  200 metres on your left.
* Parking is available either 20 metres before Les Balcons de la Seugne on the left immediately before the Boulangerie (coming from A10 Cognac) or 100 metres further on down the street on the right hand side. Reverse this if coming in on the D137 from Saintes.
